Hello FranklinTowne Neighbors,

Pet owners are responsible for immediately cleaning up pet waste, not only in common areas but also in your own front and back yard. If you are out walking, feel free to use one of the 10 Pet Waste Disposal stations that are placed around our community. The waste bags are included in the disposal stations, please use them. Be respectful of your neighbor’s yards when walking your dog. Remember that at no time is any dog ever permitted to be tied or chained outside the unit at any location front or rear, or ever left unattended for any length of time. Be kind to your pets!

Garbage day is every Thursday and recycling is every other Thursday. Please remember that garbage is supposed to put out in a garbage can with a lid to prevent animals from getting into the garbage and making a mess on the street. Leaving garbage out in a bag violates the FranklinTowne rules and it invites unwanted animals into our community.
